I love this lamp and was not disappointed when it arrived I had read comments about the plug being European. That didn’t matter I could replace the plug with a Uk one. After I spent 30 mins changing the plug I found the adapter in the box. Never mind I still loved the lamp.

I ordered this light and when I unpacked it there was a fault and one of the bulb fitments didn't work. The team at furnwise responded immediately and said they would get another one sent out and to dispose of the old one. The service was outstanding and some major leading brands could learn alot from them. The new light arrived and is perfect. The light looks amazing and a real focus point in the living room. Thank you Furnwise for the amazing customer service.

Great lamp and looks fantastic in corner of my living room . Did come with a EU plug but an adaptor was included for UK plug so all good.

Love this lamp. My only gripes are that the lamp didn't come with a UK plug and also the base was untidily finished. I had to trim some excess material from the base and pad the base out to make it level. Otherwise a very striking lamp.

Received the lamp today a few days late due to issues at the port but very much worth the wait. It is a beautiful lamp and exactly what we wanted. The bulbs are excellent , a little bright but we have ordered a dimmer plug for it. It is a real feature! Martin was very quick to respond to questions about late delivery and reassured us everything was fine and it was!

Very cool lamp which really makes a statement. Martin was very helpful when I had some questions and came back very quickly.
Read a review where the score was downgraded to 4 stars due to the lamp not having a UK plug, but the lamp came with a certified adapter plug so not an issue for me at all. Definitely 5 stars

I was slightly concerned reading some of the reviews with how long this might take to arrive to the UK. I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered today. I wanted an industrial style lamp and this is the only one I liked. The bulbs aren’t here until tomorrow, but I’m very happy with it. Came fully built, well packaged and with an adapter. I would certainly buy from this fab company again x

A fantastic design aesthetic, and very easy to put up as it's already all assembled. Perfect, and goes great in the room. Thoroughly recommended item.

The design is fantastic but I have to take a star off as the item was delivered without a UK plug adapter. I only have UK>Europe and thus have no way of plugging it in until I manage to order a plug that goes in the opposite direction. You need to advertise this limitation.
