Delivery & Returns
Make sure you understand article 23 in regards to returns. No import/export charges should be paid if you use our return labels! If it is not dealt with correctly, it might occur that you will have to pay export duties.

Fill in the returnlabel
Information required on the return label is written on the commercial invoice outside of the parcel. We understand that it may be confusing. Therefore we have an overview of what to fill in and where you can find this information.
Below is the information that you have to fill in:
- We are the importer. Our name and address:

- VAT, LICENSE and CERTIFICATE numbers are not needed, you can leave these boxes empty
- HS tariff number is the same as the commodity code, which you can find on the commercial invoice you recieved on the original package (when it is not there, we can provide you the code)
- Category of shipment: Furniture
- Country of origin: the Netherlands
The return labels can be used with any convenient post office for you that uses parcel force services. With our return labels, no export duties have to be paid. When you need our return labels, please let us know what you will return and how many.

Delivery time & international shipping
From the day we have received your order, our carriers will take care of delivery. All goods in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered from Monday till Saturday. We use several carriers to make sure we can deliver and supply you with the best service (carriers used: Post NL (& partners in the UK; Hermes, Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD) & DHL.
We sometimes experience some delays with our carriers. Nothing to worry about, but we understand it is frustrating and far from ideal. Trust us, we do our best to prevent this, and when delays occur, we try to solve this asap for you!
Please keep an eye out for updates on the tracking link sent to you and if nothing has been delivered or updated on the tracking details after a few days, please contact us and we will look into this for you as a matter of emergency.

If your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details. Sometimes this e-mail will end up in your spam box. Please check your spam box carefully. If you didn’t receive a tracking code, please contact us: [email protected].
Not at home
If you are not at home when the courier arrives at your place, you can make a new appointment for delivery, please use the notification left by the courier or go online at with your tracking details. If you will not be at home the second time, the courier will take your delivery to the nearest parcel shop where your order will stay for 7 days. After these 7 days, your order will go back to us.
If you are not satisfied with your furniture, please contact us within 48 hours by email. If your order is facing any damage, we will send you spare parts. If we are unable to solve the complaint by sending spare parts, we will send you a new product. All service is free of charge.
